Following an enquiry via phone or email, we will contact you to set up a convenient time to meet in person and discuss your needs and ideas in detail.
During this meeting, we will get to know more about your requirements and consider some of the creative options available to us.
We'll also go over the range of packages that we offer and answer any additional questions that you may have.
If you decide to proceed, we will confirm a booking and set a shoot scedule. This will include:
> Time and location.
> Styling, including clothing and any makeup or hair requirements.
> Preferred theme inclusions (sport, hobbies, bush or beach, formal portrait etc)
> Reconfirmation of project scope and outcomes.
While this may sound daunting, this is simply a check list to ensure we are aligned in our expectations.
We will also clearly define the cost of our basic packages, prior to a formal booking.
The rest is entirely flexible.
Day of the shoot:
We'd like to meet up to a half an hour prior to the arranged shoot time to give our collective selves time to set up, organise, re-scout the location according to prevailng conditions etc.
Shooting time will vary according to the number of family members, but we like to get indiviual shots of all members in the mix and seek out a variety of scenarios available according to the conditions of the day.
We like to think that this is where we excel. You can be the judge.
Viewing:
Typically, within the week, we will set a viewing appointment, where we will again meet to review and select images, sizing and presentation formats.
Placing an order:
Once we have completed the viewing process and have agreed on selected images, sizing and formats, we will require a 50% deposit to complete an order.
Depending on the package and format, we will clearly communicate an estimated delivery time frame, before accepting your order.
